Common questions

Questions New Hampshire owners ask before they call

Straight answers on pricing, ad spend, timelines, what happens after launch and who you will be working with. Anything not covered here, ask on a call and you will get the same plain answer.

Pricing and billing

How much does a website cost?

Projects are quoted after a call, not from a price list. The number depends on how many pages you need, what the site has to do and whether anything custom is involved. You get the pages, the scope and the timeline in plain English before the build starts.

Is Google Ads spend included in your fee?

No. When we run Google Ads, the media spend is billed separately and stays your money. We manage the campaigns, not your card.

How Paid Growth works

Do I need all eight services?

No. Two services build the foundation: the website and the care that keeps it running. Most owners start there and add growth work, like local SEO, reviews or ads, as the season allows. We will tell you plainly which services you do not need yet.

Working with us

Who will I actually work with?

One local point of contact. The same person takes your first call and every change request after launch, and they know your business without being re-briefed. There is no rotating support desk.

Do you use outside specialists?

Some work calls for a specialist. When it does, we bring the right one in and manage them, so the responsibility stays local. You are never handed off to someone you have not met.

Are you really based in New Hampshire?

Yes. The 603 in our name is an area code, not decoration. When your site needs attention, the person responsible for it is in the same state and the same time zone.

About 603 Websites

What happens on the first call?

We talk about your trade, the work you want more of and how people find you right now. It is a short call with no pitch deck. If a new site is not what your business needs this year, we will say so, and if we are not the right fit, we will tell you that too.

Projects and timelines

How does a website project work?

Five steps. We start with a call. You then get the pages, the scope and the timeline in plain English. We build a fast, mobile-first site, then test it on a phone the way your customers hold one and confirm leads land where a person answers. After launch, hosting, updates and security keep running, and visibility, reviews or ads are added when you want the phone ringing more.

How long does a website build take?

It depends on the scope. You get the timeline in plain English, along with the pages and the scope, before the build starts, so you know what to expect before any work begins.

What happens after the site launches?

Launch day is when a service website starts earning, so the work continues. Hosting, maintenance, updates, backups, security and ongoing improvements are part of the relationship, not a separate project you have to chase.

How Website Care works

Can you work with the website I already have?

If you built your first site yourself, inherited one nobody has touched in years, or hired a freelancer who stopped replying, you are exactly who we build for. Whether to rebuild or improve what you have is one of the things the first call is for.

Who and where

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Owner-led local service businesses where a call, a quote request or a booked appointment turns into revenue: trades and home service contractors, automotive and specialty shops, and appointment-based professional practices.

Who we serve

Where in New Hampshire do you work?

Statewide. We work with owner-led businesses across New Hampshire, whether you cover a few zip codes or drive an hour for the right job.

Service areas

Do you have reviews or case studies I can look at?

Not published yet. We would rather publish real client feedback than filler, so project write-ups and testimonials are added as they are completed and approved. If you would like to see work relevant to your trade before you decide, ask on a call and we will walk you through it.

What is the best way to reach you?

Call (603) 290-4444 or email nate@thegranitepeaks.com. You will reach the person who would actually work on your site.

Book a call about your website

Talk to the person who would build it.

A short call, no pitch deck. You tell us what you have now, what is getting in the way, and the work you want more of. If a new site is not the thing your business needs this year, we will say so on the call.

If we are not the right fit, we will tell you that too.
